Leyland and Leif decide to take their quest to the Nation's capital and galvanize their base to vote for Julio. They have a dream, that one day Julio Franco will make it back into baseball. Can they make it happen?

Leyland and Leif Topps (Randy & Jason Sklar) were heirs to the Topps Trading Cards fortune until their uncle sold the company to Michael Eisner. Now, the brothers must fight to get Back On Topps.

The Sklar Brothers star in this sports comedy web series with co-stars Janet Varney ("Entourage", "Chocolate News", Brian Huskey (“Semi-Pro”, “Superbad”) and Jason Nash ("Reno 911") with a special guest appearance by NBA stars Baron Davis (L.A. Clippers) and Rudy Gay (Memphis Grizzlies) plus former White House press secretary Joe Lockhart.
